PLANNED GIVING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
We offer agency fundholders a turn-key planned giving program, and our staff will work with you and your donors to arrange any of these gift vehicles.* The program requires no upfront investment, additional staff training, or organizational liability. We handle all of the administrative and tax reporting details for you.

We help your donors establish:
- Charitable Gift Annuities
These gifts pay an annuity to the donor during their lifetime and will eventually support the activities of your organization. Click here to view our CGA guidelines. - Charitable Remainder Trusts
We consult with your donor to set up the most appropriate trust type and issue quarterly checks to donors. At the end of the trust term, the remaining assets roll into a VCF Designated Fund that supports your organization. - Charitable Lead Trusts
This trust makes annual distributions to a Donor Designated fund at the Foundation for the benefit of your organization and provides a way for your donor to transfer assets to their heirs at a reduced tax rate.
* Gift annuities can be funded with cash or marketable securities. Charitable trusts can be funded with any type of property that has value, including cash, marketable securities, real estate, personal property, closely-held stock, etc.
We can meet with your development staff or board, run gift scenarios on our software, or sit down with a donor.
